Asset Protection

LETAP Managements asset protection programs actively involve both management and
employees in the protection of our hotels. A manager/supervisor is on duty at all times
including weekends. The property manager is available 24/7 by way of a phone both land
and cell in the case of emergencies with the leadership at the corporate office as a backup.

All managers and key hourly staff are thoroughly trained in security procedures and in
handling emergency situations.
Drills for fire are conducted quarterly along with a controlled system check of our smoke
alarms and sprinklers performed by a professional outside company.

At our New Orleans property we have in place a Hurricane Emergency plan to safeguard our
guests and employees.

In addition to these we have other security measures (classified) in place at a number of our
hotels.

To ensure that the building, it’s contents, and all mechanical, electrical, plumbing related and
all grounds are maintained we utilize a preventative maintenance program at all hotels with
proper documentation to support activities performed. The program integrity and
effectiveness is overseen by our corporate Director of Asset Maintenance Randy Dickey.
