Business Plan

If you want to achieve results and do so efficiently you must have a plan. In fact you need
several plans.
Included in these are:


A GAME plan which states the objectives that you intend to do and in what sequence and in
what time frame.

A REVENUE plan showing what revenues were produced in the past, where you should be
and could be in the future.   

A MARKETING plan showing what entities and resources we will utilize to ensure our
properties are VISIBLE.

A FINANCIAL plan showing your incomes, expenses and cash flow projections.

A SALES plan which states the sales action steps to be taken to obtain local corporate and
Group business.
This plan will be a Quarterly plan….and updated frequently to ensure that someone looks at it
and works the steps.

These plans put together… then become the property’s BUSINESS Plan…it’s MISSION
statement.

Once we review and confirm that each plan submitted by the General Manager is realistic
and achievable we approve the plans for execution.
From that point on …together…the property management and corporate staff ensure the
results are produced.
