The Chief Financial Officer serves as the financial counselor to the President of the Management Company.
He oversees that all Generally Accepted Accounting Practices and Procedures are in place and being followed at all of LETAP Hospitality’s
HOTEL assets. He will conduct …unannounced AUDITS at the respective hotels to ensure that the integrity of reporting and cash handling is
maintained and will arrange for an independent outside auditor to perform an ANNOUNCED audit visit once a year.
He will identify those candidates for property level Controllers and or approve candidates submitted by the property level General Managers
for consideration. Property Controllers will report directly to him and have a “dotted line” reporting responsibility to the GM.
