The President serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Management Company… that is a division…. owned by LETAP Hospitality.
His primary responsibility is to provide key support and direction for every aspect of the assets owned by LETAP Hospitality.
His two main areas of focus… are the SALES and MARKETING of the asset… and the OPERATION of the asset  to ensure that occupancy
and ADR and consequently RevPAR increases in conjunction with the expected improvement in the lodging industry supply and demand .
He will also identify and  utilize outside sources for any Food and Beverage operations that may be required at a specific hotel site.

He is responsible for the day –to-day operations of the LETAP Management Company.  He directs the property General Managers, reviews
operating and capital budgets, monitors actual performance against plan and advises the Directors of LETAP Hospitality on strategies to
improve ash flow and asset value.
He will operate a full service management company that operates it’s hotels and related ventures…thru a participative TEAM approach.
Most importantly he serves as a “counselor” to the General Managers in his care and serves as the direct liaison between the GM”s and  the
PRESIDENT of LETAP Hospitality.
