History
2006

  Holiday Inn in Atlanta/Smyrna – Cobb Galleria. The hotel meets the high standard requirements
  of InterContinental Hotels Group the owner of Holiday Inn name. LETAP manages the hotel.



  been closed due to the effects of Hurricane Katrina in 2005. The property has been certified as safe by
  all appropriate government entities and guests are now enjoying the many fine features of New Orleans.
  LETAP Hospitality states that with the improvement being made at the hotel we look forward to soon
  returning the asset to the very profitable road it was on before Katrina hit.
  We have great confidence in this investment for the future.



2005


  convert the flag Days Inn. The hotel has 98 rooms.

  Hurricane Katrina. Damage was significant but due to the brick structure of the building damage was
  determined to be resolvable once property insurance issues are satisfied.

  significant revenues for the company. LETAP Management is appointed the management company

  Mr. Jhaveri has extensive experience in finance and has been an owner of several hotel franchises.


  Mr. Dvelis is a thirty five year hospitality veteran with management experience with Marriott, Hilton,
  Radisson, Crowne Plaza, Doubletree, Holiday Inn, Howard Johnson, Hampton Inn and Omni hotels.

            
  LETAP Hospitality is a company owned by LETAP,Inc a worldwide diversified holding company.
  Corporate offices are located in Atlanta… in the city of Norcross, Georgia.
  Urvil Patel is the owner and Chairman of LETAP,Inc. and the President and CEO of LETAP Hospitality.
