2006
- LETAP Hospitality invests over one million dollars on renovations and upgrades at it’s
Holiday Inn in Atlanta/Smyrna – Cobb Galleria. The hotel meets the high standard requirements
of InterContinental Hotels Group the owner of Holiday Inn name. LETAP manages the hotel.
- LETAP Management appoints Jayesh Desai as the General Manager of it’s Days Inn in New Orleans.
- LETAP Management appoints Randy Dickey as it’s corporate Director of Asset Development.
- LETAP Management reopens it’s Days Inn in New Orleans on Canal Street. The hotel had
been closed due to the effects of Hurricane Katrina in 2005. The property has been certified as safe by
all appropriate government entities and guests are now enjoying the many fine features of New Orleans.
LETAP Hospitality states that with the improvement being made at the hotel we look forward to soon
returning the asset to the very profitable road it was on before Katrina hit.

- LETAP Management names Szymon Staniszewski as it’s corporate Director of Revenue Management.
2005
- LETAP Management names Jaime Maddern as it’s corporate Director of Human Resources.
- LETAP Hospitality and partners purchase the former Holiday Inn in Gainsville, Georgia and
convert the flag Days Inn. The hotel has 98 rooms.
- LETAP Hospitality shuts down it’s operation of the Days Inn in New Orleans due to the after effects of
Hurricane Katrina. Damage was significant but due to the brick structure of the building damage was
determined to be resolvable once property insurance issues are satisfied.
2004
- LETAP Hospitality purchases the 216 room Days Inn in New Orleans on Canal Street. The hotel
location is ideal being adjacent to I-10 and only seven blocks from the world famous BOURBON street.
The hotel is positioned to address the middle income market with rates that are expected to produce
significant revenues for the company. LETAP Management is appointed the management company
- LETAP Management names Dilip Jhaveri as it’s Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller.
Mr. Jhaveri has extensive experience in finance and has been an owner of several hotel franchises.
- LETAP Hospitality appoints LETAP Management to manage it’s Holiday Inn in Atlanta, Georgia.
- LETAP Management is created by Gunars Dvelis to manage the assets owned by LETAP Hospitality.
Mr. Dvelis is a thirty five year hospitality veteran with management experience with Marriott, Hilton,
Radisson, Crowne Plaza, Doubletree, Holiday Inn, Howard Johnson, Hampton Inn and Omni hotels.
- LETAP Hospitality is established as the investment company to acquire hospitality assets.
LETAP Hospitality is a company owned by LETAP,Inc a worldwide diversified holding company.
Corporate offices are located in Atlanta… in the city of Norcross, Georgia.
Urvil Patel is the owner and Chairman of LETAP,Inc. and the President and CEO of LETAP Hospitality.
