is here now and that it will get to critical proportions with 10 years not only in our industry but
in all industries in the USA.

At LETAP Management we have already begun to address this circumstance and not allow
ourselves to be complacent or be in denial.
Our Director of Human Resources Jaime Maddern is already implementing effective
countermeasures to safeguard our assets with the proper staff today and our ability to
