Jaime Wells
Jaime joined our company in 2005 and has leadership
responsibility for LETAP Managements human resources
function, overseeing organization design, management
development, staffing, compensation and benefits, labor
employee relations, employee communications, training
and recruitment..
Jaime comes to us from Australia with a diverse background
including working overseas in Japan where she served at the
Yokohama Grand InterContinental Hotel, during which she
learned how to speak and write fluent Japanese.
She also served as the Executive Assistant to the President
of the Japan Coal Development Pty, Ltd a major company
in Sydney, Australia. Among her key responsibilities she
handled document translations into English and made travel
arrangements for visiting international dignitaries worldwide.
Chief among her role is to ensure that the company can meet
It’s main objective of expanding it’s operations not only in the
United States but it’s future operations around the globe.
With Jaime’s international experience with various nationalities
and cultures she has recruited professionals to work with us
from Turkey, Venezuela, Poland, South Africa and France.
She attended St. Patrick’s college in Australia, received formal
Certification from the Shibuya Language school in Japan and
Is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management
SHRM based in Alexandria, Virginia.
