The Corporate Director of Human Resources serves as the “human factor” counselor to the President of the Management Company.

She has leadership responsibility for the LETAP Management Company’s human resources function, overseeing design, management
development, staffing, compensation and benefits, labor and employee relations, employee communications, training and recruitment. She
ensures that every one of the employees in the organization has been processed correctly and legally, orientated to the property and culture
of LETAP, trained, properly uniformed and supplied with the required tools, receives annual performance and or pay reviews and that the
LETAP mandate that every employee that becomes involved in any disciplinary action is  disciplined correctly following the steps stated in the
Associate handbook. She maintains and ensures that every employee knows and is encouraged to participate in the “open door policy”
should they have issues that have not been properly resolved at the property level. She arranges for and oversees an annual….independent
(outside firm) employee survey is taken of every employee at all properties to allow the employees to evaluate the Management teams and
LETAP so that we may ensure that we reduce turnover, employee dissatisfaction and develop long term loyalty and guarantee future growth
utilizing existing employees for advancement and or transferred to existing assets or any new assets added to the Company’s portfolio.

She improves the operational performance of each hotel through the skillful development of our associates. Training programs and workshops
will be provided… to increase the quality and service….of General Managers, Department heads and line-level associates.
Most importantly she is responsible…for ensuring that every associate perceives LETAP as a good employer.
