Operating Approach
The General Managers we appoint to the hotels we operate are experienced and effective.
They are responsible and accountable for the total financial performance of the business, it’s
organizational strength, operational excellence, asset value maintenance, brand standard
compliance, policy implementation and management development.

They are the “Chief Marketing Officer” for the hotel both internally and in the business and
civic community.
As such they are responsible for our hotels reputation and image in the city they operate.

Most importantly they are empowered to run their hotels as an individual who owned a
business would be entitled to operate.

The key members of our Corporate staff have extensive management experience including
on-property management. They provide support as needed to the property management in
their achievement of the hotels business plan.
