Director of Asset Maintenance
Randy Dickey
Randy brings considerable hotel operations and
renovations experience to LETAP Management
having been in the industry for over 20 years.
He has leadership responsibility for the supervision
of all hotel maintenance departments, as well as
the negotiating and overseeing of all the outside
maintenance contracts and specialized engineering
services utilized by each hotel.
He Inspects and reviews projects to monitor their
compliance with building and safety codes.
He also assists on renovations projects in properties
owned by LETAP Hospitality.
And serves as the company’s Safety Director.
He serves the best interests of our company by
Maintaining each asset to the best potential condition
so that the value of the asset is secured and grows.
He began his career as a ditch digger so the term
“hands on experience” really applies.
He then served as project supervisor for a construction
Company based in Florida where he oversaw
renovations and capital improvements on a variety
of projects including hotels, apartments and retail.
Randy attended trade school, completed air conditioning
And heating training, has been certified on low pressure
Boilers, and is factory trained on roof-top equipment.
