The Director of Asset Maintenance is responsible for maintaining a safe and well run physical plant at all of the properties managed by LETAP
Management.. He insures that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and hv/ac systems are operating correctly and efficiently. He is responsible
for the financial aspects of his division, the approving of all Chief Engineers hired at each hotel, the execution of a superior Property
Preventative Program, and for maintaining that all things work well for our guests so that they are satisfied and come to recognize us as a first
class establishment that always…..will EXCEED the guest expectation.
He also serves as the Company’s SAFETY DIRECTOR and oversees the program of Safety and reporting required of each respective hotel.
Most importantly he is responsible… for maintaining the ASSET…our hotels.and all ground that they rests on to insure that the asset value…
Is maintained well… and INCREASES IN VALUE…  . from a physical asset perspective.
