Director of Revenue Management
Szymon Staniszewski
Szymon joined our company in 2005 and was promoted
to corporate Director of Revenue Management in 2006.
He has leadership responsibility for identifying any potential
source or method to increase room revenues for all of
the hotels in our current portfolio. These include handling
all of the franchised brand reservations systems, utilizing
their respective sales and marketing tools and initiatives,
and maintaining a working relationship with their area
management staff in ensuring that we not only understand
the best way to use the brands recommendations for
increasing room sales but that we properly execute them.
His chief FOCUS is to maximize profitability from electronic
Distribution channels worldwide.
Szymon also researches and identifies those non brand
sources that can add to our revenues.
Chief among these are the understanding of and ability to
Work the world wide web. A most complex and yet
if controlled entity that properly worked can add substantial
increases to revenue. Simply stated…it is one thing…
for someone to see our hotels on the web…
and choose not to book.
and quite another thing for that same person never to see
us on the web…or at best not in the proper position…
and then never have the opportunity to choose our hotel.
This of course would cause us to lose potential revenues.
Szymon has become an expert in working the web.
The result of combining the web, working each hotel brands
Respective reservation systems and tools and initiatives
has resulted in Szymon having added substantial revenues
to our company. We expect that as we add hotels in the US
and overseas that Szymon will be an integral part of our
continuing to perform above industry standards.
In addition to his primary focus Szymon serves the company
by identifying and procuring products, systems and services
that can either drive revenues or reduce expenses.
He also self taught himself how to produce websites and
produced our company’s website that you are looking at.
Szymon comes to us from Poland. Prior to joining us he
had visited the United States several times as part of a JI
Program where he worked in Connecticut in construction,
New Jersey as an Italian chef and attend a school in CA.
He has a Masters degree in Business Management and
two Bachelors degrees one in Public Administration and one
in Economics from the University of Szczecin in Poland.
