The Director of Revenue Development serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for LETAP Management.
His primary responsibility is to provide support and direction. This by working with property sales personnel through periodic property reviews,
assistance in the development and measurement of the property’s annual sales and marketing plan; sales productivity performance,
one on one counseling to include recruitment, hiring, training and performance evaluation. In addition he is to identify the correct pricing strategies for
room rates, catering and meeting room rentals, revenue management to improve top-line hotel performance, assist with direct sales and the
closing of accounts, allocation of franchise resources, assistance with National RFP’s, internet pricing negotiations and wholesale contract,
implementation and measurement of property media campaigns, evaluation of market positioning thru the web, feeder markets and local
marketplace. In addition he is responsible for being aware of industry trends, competitive product enhancements, sales technology
enhancements, marketing partnerships, corporate identity and market due diligence matters.

Most importantly he is responsible… for insuring revenue growth AND AWARENESS… of all of the Hotels in the company’s portfolio.
