About Us

LETAP Management is a division of LETAP Hospitality,LLC a company owned by LETAP, Inc.

In 2004 the Chairman of LETAP Urvil Patel established LETAP Hospitality with the intent to acquire and
develop assets that could prove beneficial to it’s strategic plan of owning properties in a variety of
enterprises including hotels, condo/hotels, resort properties and upscale retirement communities worldwide.

LETAP Management was created by Gunars Dvelis who serves as the President  to service the day to day
management of the assets owned by LETAP Hospitality.  We will selectively take on, some third party
management agreements where it is strategic to do so and with owners who share our same basic culture..

Our Headquarters are located in Atlanta, Georgia.
