Introduction
Thank you for your interest in LETAP Management

In 2004 when I founded this company my goal was to create
a company where “things made sense” and were done right.

I have never been one to accept mediocrity and yet I found
myself constantly being tempted to lower my standards
and beliefs and do that which I detest…. just to get along.
We know that many of you are subjected to the same nonsense.
At LETAP …we do our best… not to succumb to mediocrity.
We love the hotel business and we seek out good managers
who care about their employees and guests and get results.

We are a small company and we intend to stay that way.
That doesn’t mean we don’t think big and won’t take on big hotels.
It simply means that we want to keep close ties to our hotels and
it’s employees and guests and we won’t grow our company unless it brings us joy.

First and foremost... we are going to establish each hotel as a great place to work and treat everyone
the way people should be treated. We will take care of our guests and do our best to give them reason to become repeat
guest. We will meet the financial expectations of the operation, drive revenues, safeguard the asset to increase it’s value…
all to protect our business and ensure our continued operation.

The basic platform LETAP Management was founded on is that:

1. We will be successful by being tough minded and determined to meet our goals.
2. We will avoid endless debate, research and inaction.
3. We will do something, anything to produce positive results.
4. We will listen to the customer and hear what they are saying.
5. We will listen to our employees and hear what they are saying.
6. We will have a level of integrity that cannot be compromised.
7. We will surround ourselves with the very best people and support them.


For the past 35 years in the hospitality industry I have privately said to myself that if only I had my own company then I would
do my very best to make it a good company where people worked well together and you felt good about what you were doing.

Thanks to circumstance that “dream” has become a reality. And for that I am humbled and grateful..
