What We do

We are a management company that was founded in 2004 to manage the assets of LETAP
Hospitality.
Our unique situation being owned by the company that owns the hotels we manage enables
us to manage for today’s success and tomorrow’s asset integrity. The relationship is ideal in
that we have a vested interest in being successful.
We are large enough to operate efficiently and small enough to respond quickly and
effectively to each hotel’s needs. And we can do so with little overhead costs.
- We can operate the day to day total operations at a hotel.
- We can drive room revenues through specialized experience in revenue development.
- We can provide Sales compliance. Every franchise has brand initiatives that must be
adhered to. (for example Holiday Inn has minimum required sales actions/ reporting
that we can do)
- We can create, design 3rd party web sites.
- We can provide accounting functions, internal audits, financial preparation and payroll
administration.
- We can provide staffing for the hotels and human resource support.
- We can provide renovation project services.
The LETAP Hospitality portfolio currently includes Holiday Inn, Days Inn and Motel 6. We are
committed in developing valuable relationships with various brands to generate maximum
returns. It is our objective to establish relationships with the franchisors of Hilton to include
their Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn brands and with the Carlson companies and their
Country Inns & Suites brand as we grow our portfolio.
